Allergy Policy

At Treetop Tapas and Grill, we prioritize both the health of our guests and the integrity of our culinary experience. Our Chef Lukas thoughtfully crafts each dish, and we aim to make the fewest modifications possible to preserve his original vision for the menu. We encourage you to read the following to understand our approach to accommodating dietary needs and allergies:

By doing so, we ensure our guests can enjoy the experience Chef Lukas intended. Please note that we cannot make substitutions based on personal preferences or aversions, as this compromises the integrity of the dining experience.

Dietary Restrictions We Accommodate: With a minimum of 48 hours’ advance notice, we can accommodate the following dietary restrictions: Dairy-Free, Vegetarian, Gluten-Free, Pescatarian, Seafood Allergies, Tree Nut/Peanut Allergies (coconut must be acceptable), and pregnancy-related dietary restrictions.

5. 3. Allergen-Free Environment Limitations: While we do our best to accommodate mild allergies, please be aware that our kitchen is not an allergen-free environment. Due to the complexity of our ingredients and processes, we cannot guarantee that our dishes are entirely free from nuts, dairy, gluten, or other allergens. Additionally, while we take every precaution, we cannot control the handling of ingredients by our purveyors during packing and distribution. As such, if cross-contamination poses a serious risk, we may not be able to safely accommodate your needs.

Guest Responsibility for Allergy Communication: Guests are responsible for notifying us of any dietary restrictions or allergies during the reservation process, at least 48 hours before their dining date. This timeframe allows our team to prepare accordingly and ensures the best possible dining experience.
