All Oceanview Rooms and Spa Bungalows now have air conditioning! 

Cottages and Jedidiah guestrooms do not have air conditioning yet but all have sliding doors with screens leading out to a private balcony, patio or deck area. Like the majority of resorts in Parksville not all our guestrooms are air-conditioned, however plans are in place to install air conditioning in every room.   In the meantime, every guestroom has a fan, and additional fans can be delivered on request. And unlike other resorts, we enjoy year-round ocean breezes and beautiful shaded woodland, not to mention ocean swimming and an indoor pool, to keep you cool. The Grotto Spa and Main Lodge (Cedars Restaurant & Lounge and Conference Centre) are air conditioned buildings.

OCEANVIEW ROOMS

These Oceanview Studios are located in our Texada, Ballenas and Gabriola buildings, nestled on our forested bluff overlooking the Salish Sea and Coastal Mountains. The Gabriola studio can be reserved with the adjoining Gabriola Suite. Be sure to ask your reservationist at the time of booking for availability.
