JOB SUMMARY

Reporting to the Executive Housekeeper, the Room Attendant is responsible for preparing clean, comfortable, and welcoming guest rooms that meet our quality standards for presentation and attention to detail. This role involves making beds, replenishing linens and amenities, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, dusting, and maintaining a tidy work area, all while working efficiently, and safely, in a fast-paced environment. The Room Attendant will uphold high service and cleanliness standards, maintain a professional and positive presence, and contribute to a supportive, team-focused housekeeping culture that enhances the overall guest experience.

REsponsibilities

• Clean guest rooms in teams to resort standards.
• Make beds, change linens, and replenish amenities.
• Clean bathrooms, vacuum, dust, and sanitize surfaces.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Operate an electric golf cart to access rooms
• Report any maintenance issues or lost and found items.
• Work efficiently to meet timelines without sacrificing quality.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience is an asset, but we are happy to train the right person.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Reliable, punctual, honest, and detail oriented.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Good time management skills.
• Physical fitness to perform repetitive motions such as bending, lifting, and climbing stairs.
