Guest Services Supervisor

The role of the Guest Services Supervisor is to ensure our Guest Service Agents are supported on a daily basis. This role is the first point of contact for escalated guest concerns either on the phone or in person. This is a very hands-on role and superior communication skills are a must.

Job Duties:

  • Supervise all Guest Service Agents
  • Complete daily Supervisory check lists
  • Liaise with Sales Team on group business
  • Cash reconciliation
  • Deal with escalated guest issues
  • Training team members
  • Assist at Guest Service Agents with guest reservations as needed
  • Cover breaks for team members, including front desk
  • Assist at Guest Service Agents during busy check in or check out
  • Carry the Emergency phone if First aid certified
  • Projects as assigned
  • Other duties as assigned

Skills required: 

  • Strong computer skills
  • Excellent communication, both oral & written
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Multi-tasking
  • First Aid Level 3 would be an asset
  • High level of guest service skills
  • Time management
  • Job Skills Training
  • Mentoring & coaching team members


  • $21.50 per hour

  • Extended Health & Dental Benefits available after three months of employment to Full Time Team Members
