All Oceanview Rooms now have air conditioning!
All other guestrooms have sliding doors with screens leading out to a private balcony, patio or deck area. Like the majority of resorts in Parksville not all our guestrooms are air-conditioned, however plans are in place to install air conditioning in every room. In the meantime, every guestroom has a fan, and additional fans can be delivered on request. And unlike other resorts, we enjoy year-round ocean breezes and beautiful shaded woodland, not to mention ocean swimming and an indoor pool, to keep you cool. The Grotto Spa and Main Lodge (Cedars Restaurant & Lounge and Conference Centre) are air conditioned buildings.
