Duties include

  • Operating a commercial dishwasher,

  • Washing pots and pans,

  • Stacking trays of clean dishware,

  • Learning kitchen skills

    • Knife Skills

    • Peeling potatoes, carrots, etc

    • Introduction to Line Cooking

  • Other duties as assigned by kitchen leadership.

Considerations

  • Candidate must have the ability to lift up to 40 pounds on a regular basis

  • Friendly and easy to get along with

  • Reliable and have access to own transportation

  • Willing and able to work evenings, weekends and holidays

 
Compensation

  • $17.75 -18.20 per hour

  • Free food (have whatever you like) while on shift
