JOB SUMMARY

Pool House Attendant role is to ensure Guests have a safe experience that exceeds their expectations in cleanliness, sanitation, and relaxation. The candidate will provide professional, friendly service to all Guests enjoying the pool house.

Duties

Greet and acknowledge all Guests you meet, providing friendly assistance to ensure they are comfortable, relaxed and safe
Follow the Tigh-Na-Mara policies and procedures, as outlined in the Team Member Handbook
Ensure cleanliness standards are adhered to including proper disinfectant & COVID procedures in all guest areas
Communicate with the Recreation Manager
Tasks include folding towels, keeping the locker room and pool house tidy while completing hourly cleaning duties, tracking and monitoring occupancy levels.
