JOB SUMMARY

Reporting to the Executive Housekeeper, the on-site premises janitor plays a vital role in maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming public areas across the resort. This role ensures that high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are consistently upheld in all guest-facing spaces, contributing directly to the overall guest experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and takes pride in maintaining a beautiful and well-kept environment in a dynamic resort setting.

REsponsibilities

• Clean and sanitize public restrooms, including mopping floors, wiping walls, disinfecting surfaces, and managing waste and recycling streams
• Maintain accurate records of restroom cleaning schedules and completion
• Patrol public areas and grounds to remove litter and maintain overall cleanliness
• Safely and responsibly operate resort golf carts between assigned areas
• Ensure all public spaces remain clean, comfortable, and welcoming for guests and team members
• Follow all safety, hygiene, and resort cleanliness standards
• Assist with additional housekeeping and public area duties as required

Qualifications

• High attention to detail and a strong work ethic
• Previous housekeeping or resort experience is considered an asset
• Flexible availability based on business levels and operational needs
• Ability to work efficiently under time pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
• Physical capability to perform repetitive tasks including bending, lifting, scrubbing, and climbing stairs
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
