Job Summary

Reporting to the Executive Chef, this entry-level position supports our kitchen team with a variety of preparation tasks and assurance of clean and prepared dishes and cookware to help keep our restaurants running smoothly. This is an excellent opportunity to start your career in the kitchen and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic resort environment.

responsibilities

Washing pots and pans, and other dishware
Operating commercial dishware
Stacking trays of clean dishware
Light kitchen prep (peeling vegetables)
Other various duties assigned by leadership

Qualifications

Attention to detail and strong work ethic.
Previous dishwashing experience is an asset.
Flexible availability based on business requirements.
Able to work under time pressure while maintaining a positive work environment.
Physical fitness to perform repetitive motions such as bending, lifting, stairs, etc…
Able to work as a team, or independently.
