Reporting to the Cedars Chef, the Chef de Partie plays an essential role in our culinary team at Cedars Restaurant. This position manages a designated kitchen station with precision and consistency, ensuring food quality, presentation, and timing meet our high standards. The Chef de Partie supports a seasonally inspired menu featuring local and international influences, while maintaining an organized, collaborative, and clean kitchen environment. This role is an excellent opportunity to strengthen culinary skills and progress toward senior positions such as Sous Chef or Head Chef.
