The Sous Chef at Cedars Restaurant & Lounge supports the Chef in delivering a welcoming, high-quality dining experience rooted in approachable cuisine with a rustic, modern twist. This role provides day-to-day leadership in a fast-paced kitchen, ensures consistency and presentation standards, supports line and expo during peak service, and contributes to menu development.
