Spa Etiquette
With your leisure in mind we suggest arriving at the spa sixty minutes prior to scheduled treatments to allow yourself time to enjoy the Grotto Mineral Pool, Treetop Relaxation Lounges and Treetop Tapas & Grill. Late arrivals limit the time of your enjoyment and lessen treatment benefits. To accommodate all guests each treatment will conclude at the scheduled time.Access to the Grotto Mineral Pool is complimentary with all treatment and swim wear is required to enjoy this unique experience.
To maintain tranquility throughout the spa, we ask that our guests turn off cell phones and pagers and use a soft voice when enjoying the facilities. For guest privacy, cameras and/or camcorders are not permitted in the locker room or Mineral Pool areas.
Most body care services are enjoyed without clothing however your personal comfort is our primary concern. During all services our providers ensure you are warmly and professionally draped. At your discretion you may wear undergarments. Spa robes and sandals will be provided upon arrival.
We wish to offer the utmost comfort to you during your time at the Grotto Spa. Whether it’s the lighting, room temperature, music, or massage pressure, please notify your treatment provider or Spa Concierge of any personal preferences. The Grotto Spa is a smoke-free environment.
Gratuities and taxes have not been included in spa treatment prices. If you desire to recognize exceptional service, a gratuity may be added to your spa service charge.
